The communication with staff via the app left much to be desired!!! The plastic floors and walls created a rather cheap atmosphere!!! Not the most central location, but thankfully taxis were readily available!!!

Our group had an amazing time! We enjoyed the beautiful pool and played billiards at HOMA-SHA Extra Plus. The restaurant served delicious meals, and we took full advantage of the nearby outlet shopping. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped.

We did have an issue with a feedback email we sent regarding an activity, and we never received a response.

I really loved the rooftop swimming pool and the stunning views of the city. Plus, the Italian restaurant had delicious food but was a bit pricey. Would totally come back for more rooftop sunsets!

Although the app for communication is efficient, the lack of direct phone lines in rooms could feel inconvenient for some guests.

The staff were incredibly helpful when we needed to sort out our kids' meals, always smiling and quick to assist. The rooftop pool view was stunning, perfect for catching a sunset while the kids splashed around.

It wasn't all that affordable but we made it work.

easy access to old phuket town and rang hill views

I loved that I was just a short walk from the stunning Rang Hill view point and the charming Old Phuket Town, where I spent hours wandering through the colorful streets and soaking up the local culture while enjoying the hospitality of the staff who were so helpful and welcoming during my stay.

The Studio Cool XL offers a decent amount of space and a modern touch. Having a free coworking space available is a bonus for those looking to mix work and leisure.

This place feels more like a serviced apartment than a proper hotel. Expect no phone in the room, creating hassle when you need something, since the app just sends repetitive notifications. The pool area suffers from a shortage of sunbeds and umbrellas—grab one early if you want to lounge. Dining options are limited. the a la carte menu quickly becomes monotonous. The location is somewhat isolated. you’ll need to call a taxi or use a rideshare app regularly. Checkout is a slow process, so plan accordingly if you have an early flight. Slightly concerning were the issues with towels and smoking—be clear about preferences or you might end up arguing over some towels.

homa phuket town was a great experience! the staff, especially steve, were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us. the swimming pool had breathtaking views that made our afternoons wonderful. plus, it's super convenient for arranging taxis.
